Shipping policy
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.
During high demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We currently offer:

Standard Shipping (US): 3–7 business days

Expedited Shipping (US): 2–3 business days

Free Shipping: Available on orders over $75 (after discounts and before taxes), within the continental US only.
3. Domestic Shipping Only
At this time, Kurai Cacao ships only to addresses within the United States, including PO Boxes, but excluding US Territories.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.
5. Shipping Issues & Delays
Kurai Cacao is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, incorrect shipping addresses, or other unforeseen circumstances. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@kuraicacao.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will do our best to assist you.
7. Returns Due to Incorrect Address
Packages returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete address will incur a reshipping fee.
