Return & Refund Policy – Kurai Cacao
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received: unopened, unused, with original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

⚠️ Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and provide a solution.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:

Perishable goods (such as food or beverages).

Exchanges
For exchanges, please complete a return and place a new order once the return is approved.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
For orders shipped into the European Union, you have the right to return within 14 days, for any reason. Items must be unopened, unused, in original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
